By accessing or using Resell Clerk (the "Site", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Resell Clerk is a free toolkit for eBay resellers, including an Evaluation Tool for working out item margins, a Sales Tracker for tracking profit from your eBay sales, and a Consumables tracker for packaging and postage costs. Resell Clerk is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or usage-based pricing in the future, and a free tier may remain available if we do. If pricing changes, we will update these Terms and give notice before it affects your existing use.
You can try the Site as a Guest without creating an account, using sample data that resets on each new Guest session, or create an account to save your own data. See our Privacy Policy for how Guest and account data is handled.
To save your own data, you'll need to create an account, either with an email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know via Feedback and Support if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Accounts are intended for individual use, one account per person.
The Sales Tracker works by parsing eBay Transaction reports that you upload, and the Evaluation Tool works from item data you enter directly. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you upload or enter, and for making sure you have the right to upload it.
We apply automated checks to uploaded files to reduce the risk of malicious content, but we do not verify that an uploaded file genuinely originates from eBay, and we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or content of files you choose to upload.
In Settings, you can optionally opt in to share a stripped copy of your uploaded eBay reports with us, to help us test and improve the app. This is entirely optional, personally identifying buyer details are removed before anything is stored, and you can change your choice at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The margin, fee, and profit figures shown by the Site are calculated from formulas and the data you provide. They are estimates for your own reference only, and are not financial, tax, or accounting advice. These figures may not always accurately reflect your real-world costs, fees, or profit, whether due to changes in eBay's own fees, policies, or reporting, the accuracy of data you have entered or uploaded, or software defects, bugs, or unexpected behaviour in the Site itself. You should independently verify any figures before relying on them for business or financial decisions.

The Site's code, design, and branding belong to us. The data you upload or enter into the Site, including your eBay reports and item data, remains yours.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, and features may be added, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Resell Clerk is an actively developed product. Bugs, defects, or unexpected behaviour may occur, including in how figures are calculated or displayed. We work to fix issues as they're identified, but we do not guarantee the Site is free of errors.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Site or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including financial decisions made based on the Site's calculations, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
